# FAQ & troubleshooting

> What common error messages mean and what to do about them.

| Message or problem | What to do |
| - | - |
| *"Registration with a personal email address is not allowed."* | Sign up with your company email address. |
| *"Your password is incorrect or this account doesn't exist."* | Check the email for typos, or use **Forgot your password?**. |
| *"This email is already in use."* | An account already exists for this email. **Log in** or reset your password. |
| *"Verification code incorrect."* / *"The verification code has expired."* | Re-type the code, or click **Resend code** to get a new one. |
| I didn't receive the verification code | Wait a minute, check your spam folder, then click **Resend code**. |
| *"This account has been deactivated."* | Your company admin marked you inactive. Contact them, or [help@together-vietnam.com](mailto:help@together-vietnam.com). |
| *"Please ask your company admin to request access on your behalf."* | Only company admins can [request to join a community](/community/join-communities). |
| A community shows **Limited access** | Your company hasn't joined it yet, or the request is still waiting for approval. |
| *"You need to join this sub-community first."* | Your company must be a member of the community before you can do this. |
| *"This project is only open to its target audience."* | The project is limited to certain community groups. Ask your company admin to check your group. |
| I can't see some news, forums or events | Content is targeted by [community group](/onboarding/community-groups). Ask your company admin to check your group in **Team**. |
| I can't message someone | You can only chat with people who share a community with you. |
| *"This file is too large."* / *"This file type isn't supported."* | Most uploads must be 10 MB or smaller. Images: JPG, PNG or WebP. Check the hint under each upload box. |
| I'm not getting notifications | Check **Settings → Notifications**, for each community and each category. See [Settings](/account/settings#notifications). |
