# Join communities

> How your company admin requests to join a community from Explore.

1. **Search communities** by name.
2. **Join**: shown on communities your company hasn't joined yet. Click it, then **Send request**. A community manager reviews the request.

<Warning>
  **Only your company admin can request to join** for the company. Other employees see *"Please ask your company admin to request access on your behalf."* Until the request is approved, the community shows **Limited access**.
