# Community groups

> Your department, and how it decides which content you see.

Community groups are departments: Executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, IT, Environment Health & Safety, Legal & Compliance, Administration, Sales, and Maintenance Leaders.

**Your groups decide which content you see.** Admins target news, forums, events and projects at specific groups.

<Tip>
  If you can't see some news, forums or events, ask your company admin to check your group in **Team**. See [Company admin: Team](/admin/company-admin).
