Sub-community admin

Manage a community’s content, join requests, staff, members, and branding.

On the community page, click Manage.

1. Content Management: news, forums, projects and events.
2. Join Requests: companies asking to join.
3. Staff Roles: who can manage this community.
4. Members: member companies.
5. Branding: logo, cover and colours.
6. User view: see the community the way members do.
7. Content type tabs: News, Forums, Projects, Events.
8. Add news: post text, images, videos, files and a link to selected community groups. Use … on a post to edit or delete it.

Join requests

Each request shows the company’s industry, industrial park and submission date. Click Approve to add the company, or Decline.

Staff roles

Turn the Sub-community admin switch on or off for each person. You can have up to 5 admins, and there must always be at least 1.

Members

The companies in this community. Use Remove to take a company out.

Branding

• On the left, set the Brand primary color and Background color.
• On the right, the preview has ✏️ icons for the cover image (PNG/JPG up to 2 MB), the logo, and the name and sub-heading.
